We ship our orders once a week on Saturdays.
Once shipped, orders going to Canada will take approximately between 1 to 7 business days to arrive.
Once shipped, orders going to the USA will take approximately between 4 to 10 business days to arrive.
Once shipped, orders going anywhere else will take approximately between 5 and 12 business days to arrive.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Refunds and exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless :
- Your item arrived damaged
- You received the wrong item
Returns should be made within 30 days after the purchase. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Reserving a tattoo design
All products listed on the Available for Tattoo page are deposits for a particular tattoo design. The final price of the piece will vary depending on the position of the tattoo and its size. The minimum price for all designs is $100.
When your purchase is complete, you will be contacted by email to confirm an appointment for the first tattoo session. If you do not follow up on this email after a reasonable period of time, I reserve the right to sell the design to someone else and your deposit will be lost.
All tattoo designs listed are unique and will not be tattooed on anyone else once they are reserved.
We will only use your contact information and address to communicate with you, fulfill your order, and other legal reasons.
